Winseal™ Secondary Double Glazing

Winsulation uses a secondary glazing system called Winseal™.

Using the Winseal™ system, sliding glass or hinged panels are custom-made to fit inside your existing window frame. The fit is exact and provides an insulating pocket between your existing window face and the Winseal™ pane, cleverly creating an independent and isolated system working in harmony with your existing glass to soundproof and insulate your home. Saving energy and helping the environment, Winseal™ will typically turn a one or two star window into a 6 star system overnight.

Winseal™ is available in a variety of glass thicknesses and finishes.

This system offers all the major benefits of conventional double glazing, providing a complete barrier for your home at a fraction of the cost.

The Winseal™ system is fitted to existing reveals, extensions can be used where no adequate reveal exists and the system has been approved by the Heritage Council of Australia. It also (generally) creates a large air space between the two panels, obtaining excellent levels of noise reduction with typical RW ratings of 40-50.
